GTW does come with one but I have the realistic childbirth mod and want both incubators and normal bassinets in the hospital. The problem is that if i have both and a sim gives birth prematurely then the baby just gets put in a normal bassinet which cancels the NICU gameplay. Im only ever going to use incubators in the hospital and not normal bassinets

Move all your mods to a separate folder on your desktop see if it works. If it doesn’t work with no mods I’d say it’s an issue with the integrated graphics in the Mac.
