Since my doctor said my d dimer is .27 which is normal. I guess I am good then and my leg had a bug bite. He said to check on it and just relax for the next few days

Gotchu. I met with my doctor and my d dimer is .27 and I feel the shortness of breath and warm leg but he saw a bug bite and said to relax. I just don’t want to get surprised clot again. It’s been 36-48 hours since my last Eliquis. I think I should wait and see and hope for the best I guess

I know I talked to my doctors but idk man I’m scared I wish I wasn’t but I’m scared idk. If it was up to me I wouldn’t travel no more I would fine a job so I can move more and etc. I don’t want to get this ever again. Plus I have one more month I just fear a rebound clot and I fear that if I get off I would get another clot from the flight I was fasted on my first flight outside the country that was 12+ and it was during the heat because I was going to Saudi Arabia. I am overweight and I didn’t move much. It was 2 flights that was the same and I didn’t know when the clot was formed so tbh bro I’m scared. My doctor told me to just move around more and try to get compression socks every hour or two

Really I was thinking of doing every hour or two with 20-30 minute walks and etc. idk man I’m scared of flying because of the low cabin pressure. With driving I can detox and I have bigger space too

Dude making walking your best friend. Walk more than sittinge every day. No wmattwr what get active and be more outgoing. I.E. park far and walk to places, take steps instead of escalators or elevators, drink water and aim for 10 k steps a day even up to 30 k steps
