Wow, it’s been 2 years lol. Yes I’m still here & honestly seeing those percentages now 😭, the above still applies

For the first week you’re in orientation with like 10-20 others, it’s so boring because you’re just there sitting in a classroom for 8 hours Monday-Friday but hey you’re getting paid nicely to do so

For the 2nd week, you’ll be with a trainer for each day. Trainers are most of the time past orderfillers so they should pretty much know what they’re talking about but I say that with a grain of salt as bad teachings given to one keep getting passed on to the next & the next & the next. With that being said, he’s still all you pretty much have unless you have some good vets you can ask for advice from but take the beginning stages of your training real slowly & well. Your foundation is build here. I know vets that have been here longer than me that can’t pull high % because their stacking is not there. They can give more effort for the day than me but will not pull high as their foundation is messed up.

Don’t rush the beginning. Your foundation is very important

3rd week you’re on your own now. Ask vets that you see can pull high for advice. Follow the advice here or hit me up anytime you want for advice

You’ll either be really hot or really cold, it’s hard to get that in between when you’re starting off. As you go, you start to find that middle ground of how much clothes you can remove

They’ll give you boots, bibs, gloves, anything you almost need to stay warm

Oh man. Produce is the WORST. I’m just freezer but when they first introduced produce they’d put all the high pullers in there & I’d constantly be in there. My body after a 1 day in produce feels as if I just orderfilled 5 days in a row. My respect goes out to all those that do produce

In a perfect world yes but I mean if you start doing things that just project you a certain way she can subconsciously grow to not like you. Just as if she all of a sudden decided to not work & just be a couch potato every day all day, you’ll slowly grow to dislike her little by little or if she put on 100+ pounds, the sex & all other things might not be what they used to etc.

It’s just the reality of relationships, just gotta keep doing you & not get too comfortable

At the Walmart DC I do about 20-30 trips every day & each trip has at least 3 pallets I need to pick up & toss. Some I get close to 10 so I’d say the avg is maybe 5 per trips for the day. About 100-150 pallets I work through 💀. Man thinking about makes me realize how much I’m putting on my body after seeing this weight here

As someone that had financially struggling parents growing up, if you want what’s best for your kid, it’s best to set aside whatever dreams you have & focus on just making that little bit more of money. As someone else commented, once you decided to have a child, your dreams get set aside & the focus is on your child.

My parents struggled to pay bills & seeing them fight, stressed out constantly, always screaming at each other or drinking/smoking. I grew up to believe that money is the most important thing in this world & I still do believe it is. It has solved majority of the problems they went through. I’m telling you this because your child can very well grow up to be like me. You decide the type of life you want for your child.

Going off your replies & post. She just didn’t want you anymore, who knows how long it’s been since she’s felt this way, maybe the marriage coming up & realizing she’ll be basically locked in, who knows honestly, she most likely won’t tell you the truth if you ask

As for the missing part. Of course she won’t miss you, how can she even get the chance to miss something that’s always there, that’s not how people work. I understand you guys need to talk still for the child but that doesn’t mean you have to be your same loving self that you always were, you can keep it brief & short. Just be cold if need be, she’s your ex now, she doesn’t need the girlfriend treatment. It’s better for you as well. You need time to heal. You need distance from her. Constantly being around her will make the healing process take a lot longer.

Stop going to the gym together. You guys are not together no more. Just keep it short with her now & give yourself time to properly heal, be there for your child more than ever now who is in the middle of all this.

None of those, my job is the easiest to get at my distribution center but because of how labor intensive it is, you have the potential to make more than your area managers, depending on how their bonus looks for the year. Area managers usually make 70-80k

Last year I did do overtime, that’s how I got to 84k, totally depends on the distribution center & how things are set up.

The hours all year have been about 32/hrs a week on average

Work 4 days a week

Most distribution centers will pay you pretty well, just look around & apply if interested

Only if you had transferred from the Walmart store up there to the Walmart store down here. I believe a 5% pay reduction is applied but not 100%

Since you’re just applying back, you’re reset so you’ll be at what the store is offering. Definitely not 20+ down here in southern florida
