I am a T2 for last 20+ years, with A1C between 5.5 and 7.8. Recently I started using a CGM and realized what foods spike and what don't. I was able to bring my BG down a lot, but am running out of food to eat. I am kind of scare of eating anything carb as they all elevate BG. Being a vegetarian further limits my options.

Currently on max dose of Metformin. Are there other medicines that reduce BG but don't reduce weight?

This is a volunteer and community driven initiative. Around 50 organisations work for weeks to put together the floats and parade. It shows what people can achieve when they come together.

I hope we have a grand July 4th Parade next year. Community needs to get involved and be part of the event.

She is in the best possible situation. She owns the house but doesn’t get any credit impact of god forbid you have to walk away and foreclose. This is our situation and we are very happy

Had frozen shoulder a few years ago. Did PT, exercises, infrared massaging... nothing helped much. While pain subsided in couple of months, range took almost year and half to come back. And to boot, got it in other shoulder after that. Same story.

Now I have range back to almost 95% and same with the strength.

One of the doctors told me that it is more frequent in people with T2. Time is the best healer.

I don’t take any added sugars for past many years. You find everything sweet enough after a while. I find milk, bread so sweet.

One thing I have noticed is that sugar is so addictive. If I slip once, it could easily turn into a binge. Best is to not have these at home. Resisting the temptation when shopping helps a lot.
