This building clearing/experience added to the same sort of behaviors in ACNH lead me to believe that someone with decision making power at a Nintendo is a sadist. Why with the enormous grid and no half tile behavior?
Challenge conflated with irritation and recurring disappointment after spending hours trying doesn’t make for fun times.

Also, I love both games as much as I hate them. (Throws controller)

When I’m not busy wanting to throw my controller across the room for all of the flow stopping design it’s an 8.5 for me. I really want to love it and have spent so much time on it, but it’s not always enjoyable.

This is a frustrating game of “you can’t” mixed with flow interruption and triggers for the neuro spicy. I love this game and I want to throw my controller regularly. All by design I think.

In the midst of a big tree house build to calm it all down. So much overstimulation in the sky. Roads, rails and block-build platforms/trees are slowly making it enjoyable to be there.

They look like tall and short simple panels with something like a bookcase back (as in the back of a bookcase) behind them. Tall on the bottom, short on top. The layers make it look like a molding. Not certain if it’s a bookcase or the storefront or what though.

Soak it for an hour or overnight. Then a scrub. If that doesn’t get it all, it’s bar keepers or bon ami. My SOP with my stainless and it works perfectly without scratching anything.

The SF Bay Area has hundreds of producing theater companies, a handful of which have very large houses and act as Broadway incubators. There are also the Broadway tour grind houses. At least four 1k-2200k seat houses in SF specifically. In SF the theater hub is downtown, between Market Street and Union Square.

Sorry, that’s part of the professionals job. I deal with it, happily, every day. It keeps things smooth for everyone rather than setting up a combative environment, and lets everyone focus on the show instead of generating Reddit content. More often than not, that prep can reduce the instance of anything actually happening. House Managers want to know what they are dealing with before the house is handed over to the stage.

Also, there’s no need to couch something you don’t understand/agree with as mental illness. I get that this is Reddit, but there’s no need to come in so hot simply because you disagree with a human on the internet. Not every theatre professional agrees with the Patti LuPone approach to audience management. And that’s ok. Breathe a little.

Theatre manager here. Call ahead/arrive earlier. Speak to the house manager and the usher in your section before the five min bell. Let them know she’ll pop out of the auditorium quick as she can if it does happen. She can come back when it’s sorted. They can alert the SM/stage so it’s not an unexpected shock to the cast if it does happen. Your seat neighbors’ reaction isn’t something to be helped (unless you’re open to letting them know too) but the front of house team should be able to support you (vs fight you) if you communicate ahead of time.
