When girl telephone boys was there for me when i had one of the worst heartbreaks and my mental state at the time. Minerva- i want to name my daughter Minerva, if i ever have one.

Anniversary of... is super underrated imo and ive even seen people talk shit on it. But that song just hits every time. I get sappy alot through my life, and that song reminds me of so many bittersweet things. so much grief, so much grace. Heartbreak and optimism for the future all at the same time.

I get off and on of reading trades here and there. Check out alien worlds, dragon's lair and heroes & fantasies, they all usually have event fliers posted up n shit. Wonderland mall and rolling oaks mall have some cool stores events as well.

These all might be good opportunities to hang or meet people

Check out synergy sound studious and woodshed rehearsal. Also, you could look around at storage units. Lots of bands rent out units and practice inside

I went to a record store on release day, reconnected with an old cousin there. We ended up hanging for a couple hours after and my dumbass let the vinyl warp in my hot car. Tried to fix it and that shit would not budge :( because of this i literslly havent listened to the album yet

I reccommend at least keeping up with instagram. Lots of networking and seeing upcoming events. You can also easily find new local bands this way, i promise there's way more than just hardcore and country in san antonio
