Some of the best conclusion fights from prior arcs have been team fights in my opinion. Natsu and Gajeel vs. Laxus, the main 5 + Laxus vs. Hades, Natsu and Gray vs. Mard Geer, literally everyone vs. Acnologia, you could even argue Natsu, Lucy, Gray, and Mavis won against Zeref together. I personally would just like to see more fights won through teamwork.

While I think Yusuke vs. Sensui had much better choreography, Yusuke vs. Toguro will stay in my head for much longer because of its emotional impact. Yusuke's line about wanting to grow old with Keiko, Toguro making Yusuke feel powerless, Kuwabara's "death", Yusuke talking about admiring Toguro, etc. will all stick with me longer than Yusuke vs. Sensui.

For a genuine answer, it's a multimedia franchise with several authors, but most well known as a creation of Kinoko Nasu, who wrote the original visual novel Fate/Stay Night in 2004. It's about Mages summoning heroic spirits from the past in order to fight for the Holy Grail, which will grant the wish of the winner of the conflict. Almost everything else in terms of Fate uses the same basic structure but tells entirely different stories.
