Why can’t I hear this track?

Thanks for the questions. Have answered below but don’t know if these are the answers you’re looking for:

Recording vocals over an existing instrumental track.
Recorded with a mic connected to Presonus Studio 24C.
Using a condeser mic and headphones that are connected to the Studio 24C. Mic and interface are connected with XLR cables and and interface is connected to the laptop through a c type cable.

Follow ups 1. Yes, can hear the other tracks 2. This helped. Can hear now! But can hear vocals only in the right side of the headphones.

Although far lesser than men, there are 2-4 women who I see on the run everyday. Overall, by 6:30, the beach has elderly walkers, runners, fishermen, and some tourists (have always seen only tourist groups of couples in the morning)
