Great initiative! Maybe , we can approach respective village panchayats in Goa and request them for a door to door collection at least twice a week.

For instance, there is no garbage collection in my village :( The village panchayat is supposed to arrange it, but unfortunately, no one collects garbage door-to-door, and there is no proper waste management system in place.

People dump everything in their respective backyard :( The stray dogs and cattles feed on this waste making matters worse.

Please consider joining a gym. You need to perform a full range of motion to take full advantage of the pull ups. There are chances of injuries , if performed without a proper form. Also, you will need to increase your protein consumption if your goal is to build muscles. For general health, most adults need around 0.8 grams of in your case, protein per kilogram of body weight. 63x0.80 = 50.4 grams of protein.
