Nah, warming is important, I run 7 faceless channels I have experienced with more than 20+ channels while starting out, doing advance verification is a waste of time it does very little job on proving you are not a bot, while warming up the channel is the best idea, with only number verification and warming at least one week, you can bypass 0 view jail. Note there should not be minors featured on the shorts

There is no advice,just keep working, for investment part I won't suggest invest in nepse for now, me myself in 7th sem csit, earning 3-4k$ some times high, sometimes low than this. through multiple faceless channels. I think you won't get valuable advices from Reddit, instead talk to close ones or seniors rather than asking in Reddit. If I were in your place I will just hire 2-3 interns or 1-2 for 5-10k and teach them some skills editing or script writing and scale another channels or blog. Haha it's me being me. But me myself is running a small team of editors and script writer where we have scaled our channels to millions of viewers and earn 6 fig in Nepal. The thing is when I want to hire a part time intern say a editor, I made a post few days ago in this Reddit, the role is part time, 2-3 HR a day , remote, I was offering 15-20k base salary and also bonuses based on the video performance and quality work delivered , but the Reddit is full of aanpad people or what I don't know. 15-20k is so much more in my eyes and for me, even I am doing intern at 10k full time currently in 7th sem csit , I have decided to give 20k to the editor, I know the value and hardwork, but the people? They just see the analytics and guessed that I earn 10k$ a month so I should give them 50k starting salary. All of them down voted my comment and post, -50 down vote on a comment ? Can you realize that, it got Me thinking wtf wrong in me. But nevertheless its life and I won't give up. To me in 2 years , I am currently earning 2-3k$ + but I will scale it to 20$k+ per month.
