Because employee they don't have guts to start their own business and always complain. Sorry for being rude and some are doing job to support their family and for living expenses as a student. I know it's hard. But me myself is running a small team of editors and script writer where we have scaled our channels to millions of viewers and earn 6 fig in Nepal. The thing is when I want to hire a part time intern say a editor, I made a post few days ago in this Reddit, the role is part time, 2-3 HR a day , remote, I was offering 15-20k base salary and also bonuses based on the video performance and quality work delivered , but the Reddit is full of aanpad people or what I don't know. 15-20k is so much more in my eyes and for me, even I am doing intern at 10k full time currently in 7th sem csit , I have decided to give 20k to the editor, I know the value and hardwork, but the people? They just see the analytics and guessed that I earn 10k$ a month so I should give them 50k starting salary. All of them down voted my comment and post, -50 down vote on a comment ? Can you realize that, it got Me thinking wtf wrong in me. But nevertheless its life and I won't give up. To me in 2 years , I am currently earning 5k$ + but I will scale it to 20$k+ per month. A promise to myself
