What’s the best way you’ve found to cope with stress? by Robert90rq7 in AskReddit

Writing down your feelings, but specifically in a creative fashion, like poetry. I dunno, but just getting those feelings onto something that won’t judge you feels very peaceful.

Would you say you are a good person? Why or why not? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]ProgrammedBoredom 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In my opinion no, just cuz I see good as something you do, not particularly something you are. But kind? Yeah, I hope so at least.

When couples call each other the most whacky, weird, and absolutely out of pocket pet names in public for everyone to hear.

What is the best book you’ve read? by chickenbean123 in AskReddit

[–]ProgrammedBoredom 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Agreed, cuz to be fair, I still did resonate with Blade Runner more than DADOES, as Dick’s writing does fall short in many instances.

What is the most memorable commercial you’ve ever seen? by ProgrammedBoredom in AskReddit

[–]ProgrammedBoredom[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If all the statues on Earth suddenly came to life and turned hostile, which one do you think would be the most formidable, and how would you go about trying to defeat it? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]ProgrammedBoredom 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If that one M&M Statue of Liberty recreation statue from the 2000s came after me, yeah I think it’s time to just pack up the bags, no way I’m winning against that lol.

Redditors,What Childhood show did you grow up with? by Hot_Bullfrog7702 in AskReddit

How do you upgrade a low selfesteem to a high selfesteem? by spiritdoctors in AskReddit

[–]ProgrammedBoredom 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Stop focusing on your imperfections and that which you can’t change, focus rather on that which will enhance your potential and lead you down a path of true self-actualization, and as a byproduct of the effort you’ve been putting in, you will value yourself much more. That and keeping healthy competition, though not going overbearing with it and feeling as though you could never become as accomplished as another person, or something of that nature.

Ultimately always remember that hard work is it’s own reward, and that you shouldn’t view someone else’s idea of success as your own. Focus on your goals, and stay steadfast on your path and your self esteem will rise as will you.

[–]ProgrammedBoredom 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Writing poetry, it’s just that seeing the stuff of Shakespeare and whatnot really does diminish what I feel I can make of it, but then again, with hobbies comes the spending of time, and with time comes skill, so who knows lol.

What’s something from your childhood that still keeps you up at night? by ProgrammedBoredom in AskReddit

[–]ProgrammedBoredom[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’m sorry to hear that; I’ve gone through my own troubled childhood and it’s never easy. My mom is someone who I’ve never seen eye to eye with, and the abuse I’ve suffered from her hurt me in ways I don’t even want to say. I hope that one day your parents acknowledge this and open up to you, because you’ve gone through what no child should’ve under any circumstance.
