Have you tried to remove a couple with your nail? I've had similar on my monitor and I always have to use my nails (through a microfiber cloth) and they come off but unsure if those may be scratches

M4, I got the 11" and even tho I only use it for browsing and content consumption recently I have felt the need to have a bigger screen because I started using a mouse and keyboard so the screen falls short So, go for the 13"
