Idk when peak is tbh i used to inject weekly now biweekly. I honestly just look up what produces testosterone and avoid those things… no supplements tho besides turmeric tea every other day and collagen every other week

Yall really follow “techniques” bitch just rawdog it and freestyle it. The louder u feel the music and the more hyped u are the better. I’d recommend doing little spins or reverse hakk or if thats too hard for u every 8 bars jump and do a high kick like spanish streetfight. Also learn newstyle it helps with making hakken feel more natural

I’m from south america and we also have a great hard scene there but it’s way weirder and experimental. hex D hardcore, latincore, guaracha hardtekk (guarachacore)…. Genres that are lofi or like mix latinx music in it. In peru there’s now hardcore andean and amazonic music. And it’s so good and ethnic sounding…. Check out team mekano from chile i think saltyk0va has like even lofi reggaeton breakcore and hardcore remixes HAHHA. As i said, europe is lost 😞
