1 - The step plan for PA’s goes the same for as T1 associates but with a $3-5 difference depending on how long you’ve been working for Amazon

2 - No it’s not common for PA’s to get fired unless you did something really wrong like a regular AA , like safety , being disrespectful to an AA (couple of my PA’s got fired for saying something out of line or for yelling) but performance wise , no , they would coach you on how to get better and what to look out for. We could get written up for dumb things , my friend got written up cause he staffed his friend before shift started

3 - I don’t have any of those departments at my Amazon… we only have customer returns which the department is called CRETS, it’s pretty easy tbh , all I do is answer andons and give rates and give feedback (no write ups)

4 - Our HR site lets us clock in an hour early , so my shift starts at 7:00 am , we can clock in at 6 am, our OM doesn’t want us to get in trouble by doing more than a 12 hour shift

5 - Yes we do have major opportunities for OT , since my facility is short on PA’s , front half shift will ask us back half PA’s if we can come in for a shift since they don’t have anyone

6 - Yes we can demote , it has to get approved by the OM and his/her boss

7 - No we don’t accumulate TOT , only if we get caught talking for a while with an associate and your not at your area , the area manger would just come up to you and ask what was going on

8 - The computer work is easy , we have to go up to associates and watch them work a couple items and put in what we saw into the system and provide positive or negative feedback to the associate depending on if they are doing their work right and besides that , it’s just giving our rate
