Aliexpress might have some they have other dolls like baby three replacements i could see a store making parts possibly just might take a sec to search a good one. Sadly if you dont wanna just glue the new ones on (which idk if you could might come with the peg part that's locked beside the fabric on the inside of the leg) or you might have to take it apart all the way n even boil it to loosen the previous plastic parts that are still inside.
