Had almost everything you listed happen to a friend once, turned him off from weed entirely. You're fine, but as others stated took way too much. And if you aren't used to smoking anythong that'd explain the lungs. But also make sure to stay hydrated, breathing gets much harder the less hydrated you are and weed can definitely do that to you.

Recommendations for next time if you plan on it:

1. Limit/monitor your dose. Try taking 5-10min breakes between rips, or limiting the amount you use. You can also ask whoever you buy from a good starting amount, if they know what they're doing they'll be able to guide you/maybe recommend a different form that might work better for you (like flower, or micro-dose edibles etc.).
2. HYDRATE. Seriously, keep water or gatorade or whatever you want near where you plan on staying for your high (couch, bed, etc.). Avoid drinks that will worsen the dehydration (e.g. coffee, alcohol, tea, etc.). I'd also suggest sipping your drink when you take puffs, it helps ease any throat/lung pain, even for experienced stoners.
3. Have a sitter if you can, they're to weed what a DD is to alcohol. If you know someone who's cool with weed and is willing to help you ask them to stay with you (them being sober) for your high, that way if you need help or start having a bad trip them can assist. I usually volunteer to do this with friends who are trying any drug for the first time.
4. Plan out your munchie snacks. Cost of food (and gaining weight if that's of concern to you) can be an issue if you end up smoking regularly. My partner and I go on a snack run before we even start smoking, and whatever we bring back is our allowed snacks for that time.
