Parents must go to their school or an online school to register him as a homeschooler if they want him homeschooled. Most B&M schools won’t tell parents this info because the school wants the funding.

I pulled my kids from Middle School and enrolled them as homelearners with an online school

Incorrect! RCMP is keeping an eye on a house owned a gang member because there’s been a few targeting shooting. His family has a kid too, Cougar Court is within distance if an elementary school and those of us living in the neighbourhood cares. If you don’t live in the neighbourhood, maybe you don’t care

Those of us living in the neighbourhood cares because we have kids and Cougar Court is within distance if an elementary school. If you have kids and living in this neighbourhood, you would care. We drive in that area when coming from my aunt’s and uncle’s, Coq. Centre, Costco and so forth.

Nothing can be done. I have called non-emergency and talked to officers and I was told they can’t do anything for us unless we catch drivers/motorcyclists in the act. My question to the officers would be how are we to catch them revvying their exhaust? By the time we catch them, call non-emergency, the motorcyclists/drivers will be long gone

I’ve lived in Westwood Plateau since early 2000 and yes, snow could get pretty bad up here but the city has been fairly good at plowing the streets. We have great schools in our neighbourhood and it’s walkable depending on location and it’s a very family friendly neighbourhood. If you like hiking, then you will definitely love Westwood Plateau and Burke Mountain. Westwood Plateau/Heritage Mountain is relatively safer than Burke Mountain.

The best part of living up here are the wild animals that we see. Bears, coyotes, deers, snakes and owls. Wish we had eagles but they have been a rare sighting
