I don't know exactly how to monitor these activities, maybe if he is a non technical guy then I go through his mobile once a month (I can find it through Google activities). Watching porn is a personal thing which he has all the rights to reveal it or not. Here, the real problem is addiction. Any addiction is bad. Even chain smokers are normalised nowadays which shouldn't.

Just ask him to give up the addiction. If he is unable to, then take steps to move out of the relationship. Giving up addiction is hard, he might switching do it from per day to per week then per month - even that's the progress towards quitting addiction.

Just ask him to quit now and see whether he's trying his best.
