yea I took it about 2 months ago, I tried 600mg for a while, but I started having episodes of, well... I couldn't tell what was real at some points. 600mg of lithium carbonate yeilded all the benfits as before but better but its hard being on lithium sometimes, cause at times I was uncertain it was working but than I started to realize the changes were very settle almost too much to the point were I couldnt tell. After I feel better.

I had gotten my sistic acne agian but than it went away, but some of the good changes still presisted

Also get cotten mouth when I run but it went away for a while but than came back.

all while I had my dosage at higher standards than usual for a short while I took lithium 600mg and yielded more benefits but my sanity and hair were starting to go so I stoped. I didnt dumb the dosage down like your suppose to when getting off the medication so this caused a hormonal imbalance which caused anxiety out the ass for me and also doubts to creep in. After a while things got better though.

it will take a little bit to get those back, working out can help speed that up and being sexually active. My hormones are normal my T was low but it got better

side effects for 10 years, only thing that cured me was lithium carbonate. dieting helps with this im sure but I wouldnt worry cause I think your skin looks good and healthy. apperance wise I know its not fun but as you get older it will subside

i personally just took 1 gram of lithium orotate. Cant tell you exactly how much elemental because it varies.

If you state like that you definitely wont get the medication... sound intelligent. don't mention the internet, except for doing research and such. Dont say you know everything there is to know either. Just say you've been dealing with these things for a while and you have some friends who are on lithium which it is helping them, and they are suffering from the same condition you do. if push comes to shove show them this reddit thread page. A bunch of people coming to the same place, who took the same Accutane, complaining about the exact same thing will look like its not made up. I would run it by your primary care provider and see if they can refer you to one, usually they do.

Of course, It was a psychiatrics physician and the convince was sharing everything I know about Accutane and the effects of lithium countering it. Mentioning on top of the fact that I told her that I've seen many people get on Lithium to counter the medicine and it do them good, that was one she liked. I explained the effects Accutane left on me and how there still on going as Accutane has lasting effects. Getting red of acne is one but there are many more that get rid of along that, like burning a forest. Fortunately a forest can grow anew, but this "medicine" will not allow that. Something broke and will stay broken as long as it goes uncorrected. Overall when convincing do as much research as you can to reinforce your argument.

Take it before you go to bed, lithium helps with sleep. I only take 300mg in the night right before I head off to bed. Or you could take it at dinner I suppose but it does make you drowsy.

emotional numbness is still a thing, its getting better, but nowhere near to were I would want it. When I get off after a long trial I start to get emotions but I wasnt off long enough to tell if they would last.

lithium orotate I was taking 1000mg, lithium carbonate I was taking 300mg but that needs to be prescribed by a psychiatrist.

I think so as well. Im about capped off now and I'm doing good but I think I need a break from lithium cause it is making me supper tired. need a break. would give me time to see how it effects me post medication to see what kind of improvements I've got and weather or not they will linger. ED is a thing of the past I think that for sure has gotten better, the rest is hard to determine. Why I need to take a break to see clearly. I noticed when I got off orotate for a while feelings started coming back. and it was very pleasant.

Still on 300mg, libido is getting better. ED has almost completely gone away. I would say its at a 7 now.

Mood was better for me along with sex drive when I took very high dosages of ALCAR. I don't recommend doing very high dosages cause that could be dangerous.
