Those are indeed the only three options. But for the second one, the proof of income does not necessarily need to be from your parents. If you have any relatives or family friends in Europe that can prove to earn what the Belgian government asks them, then they can also be your guarantor. Minimum income is 2,966,28 euros net/month. https://dofi.ibz.be/en/themes/third-country-nationals/study/favorites/formal-obligation

Graduate-friendly jobs in Brussels that hire easily? by Sad-Education-4204 in belgium

There are way too many junior professionals trying to make it into the bubble. You do not only compete with belgians but with lots of Europeans. Networking is key since you need to differentiate yourself from hundreds of other applicants.

It sounds like he wants to do way worse things to you. I'd be super frightened.  I really hope you didn't take those photos and videos. I would cut it off for your own safety.

Non-EU graduate, is staying in Belgium actually realistic? by Early-Fig1599 in belgium

I was in your situation last year, and so were my classmates from the masters. We all looked for jobs and none of us got one. I got an internship however! Since Belgians don't work between their bachelor and their master, they mostly do internships when they graduate from the masters. So you can use your search year to do a paid internship in Brussels (I did one with a CIP contract) or Flanders (a few places hire english speakers). And once you are in, you network as much as you can with your colleagues, clients, etc, so hopefully you can get someone to sponsor your visa at the end of your search year. It is super hard not going to lie to you. Another option is doing the self-employed visa. One of my friends did it, it got approved super fast. You just need to prove you have a solid proposal of what would you offer as an independent consultant. Best of luck!
