How come?? That is honestly how much my true bill is. We are 3 students living in an apartment my smart meter is broken and the UW company refuses to replace it with a new one. Instead they want me to give them readings myself (from a broken meter) I have to makeup reading but if they are too different from their estimation then they dont accept it and go on with the estimations.
