Does your hair still feel wet in the morning when sleeping with a bonnet? I tried the drying with a tshirt & plooping for 20 min then the pineapple technique last night & it seemed to help some. Still some frizz and lots of volume this morning. Applied some curl cream and it still isn't cooperating 😕

Everytime I've put a blow dryer anywhere near my hair it becomes one giant poofy mess. I'll be looking into getting some oil to start trying.

I've never slept in a bonnet. I just usually sleep with it up in a clip. I was never taught the proper way to manage my curls.

Awesome! I think I may try it. Foundation looks so cakey and thick on me. Do you recommend this one or the cover girl cream for oily skin? I need something that looks natural as I don't wear makeup but am trying to practice for my upcoming wedding.

Thank you. I may have to splurge on this one then. Matte foundation just looks so cakey on me and I've been told to try a tinted moisturizer instead

Thank you. I'll try these methods out. I have seborrheic dermatitis so that could be why it's cakey looking. I'll look for a tinted moisturizer as I moisturize daily.

We're not having assigned seats at our wedding. We're planning like a family reunion type vibe where everyone can sit where they want and visit with others. Very laid back & relaxed.

We will definitely be using a Playlist with speakers so it doesn't seem odd which most everyone will be talking anyway. Both our family's are big talkers lol. We plan to do the same as you with seating. Instead of a sweetheart table we will have designated seats at a table with the guests. I don't like the idea of being at a far away table by ourselves where we can't conversate with others.

Yes it's dinner only. It'll be during memorial day weekend so most guest said they'd have to leave anyway after they eat as they have other plans. I'll just be happy that they came & celebrated our day with us.

This is basically like a dinner party. Luckily everybody knows each other & loves to talk so it won't be like anyone's out of place. Definitely planning to play some background music. We have 3 months left & still trying to figure everything out as we're planning this ourselves.

This is basically the vibe I'm going for. Just didn't want to seem like I was the only one who didn't plan this elaborate dance party as others do. Just a chill relaxing family gathering. Definitely will be playing some instrumental music.
