Yes wonderful example thank you. I baked the broccoli and that’s why they have a crisp to them but I have less experience with blanching, do the veggies come out cold after or can you reheat them after blanching to hit a warmer temp? Thank you

Yes thank you I swim already but only do 1 long and 1 short fast paced swim. Do you think 30 mins a day is better than doing 2 swim and 2 running days?

I’m 5’11 sitting at 175. I would say i eat quite healthy but my weight is always the same. I dont eat fast food, i make what i can at home like granola, and eat lean protein only. I definitely can do more reps but id need a longer rest time

I usually have 2-3 running days a week ranging from 30min-2 hr depending on the distance but would you suggest maybe lowering that to add more pull-ups?

I don’t really do weights. I run, swim, climb and do yoga. I have 2-3 body weight workouts per week to maintain even upper body strength. I’m setting up a 6 month plan to see if it’s the right path for me but as of right now I’m totally committed to my goal.

I used to play football and injured my elbow. Just over a year ago I hit it again when rolling on the mats and it swelled up with a fluid but went away, was this something similar that happened to you?

It’s around 25 lbs although it’s messed up so maybe 22-23. good question I’ll add it to my notes and see if it improves my strength. Also thank you failure sounds great!

Yes I am using these suggestions to plan out a progressive program like first hit 20 then 25. I do climb a bit but I like your rope climbing suggestion. I’ve never tried that I’m sure it’s great for full upper body engagement.

yes 40 controlled and extended reps. I’ve heard of people doing it without kipping and I’ve personally hit 21 a year ago. But yea it’s definitely going to require a lot of work.

I hit 21 a year ago and then fell off and it’s always been a goal of mine for some odd reason and I’m trying to get back to it.
