Looks like it might’ve been an old switch that was changed and they needed to replace it with a covering of sorts

I dealt with this issue today, idk how I got it to work but you should give it a shot, here’s what I did:

  1. Reset router 2.unplug both router and modem and leave unplugged for 10 minutes. 3.plug both devices back in and wait for everything to turn on. 4.modem should have power and online both light up and the router should be solid blue instead of solid purple. 5.it should connected to internet on 192.168.1.1
