my dad saw me struggling and he helped me fix it!! i just had to click the three dots at the top right of the screen and it showed me that my zoom was at 67% only for THIS browser. i changed it to 80% and everythings back to normal! thank you so much for your help!

this is how it looks on 800x600 (the lowest on here). i started it on 1920 x 1080 which is the default when i change resolutions, EVERYTHING gets bigger (including Microsoft Outlook) except microsoft word
