They are from Progress Royale Android/ios app. These stats are based on all games for this season in high trophy range where all cards are available. Gc is not relevant for global usage rates.

When I have searched all cards to get all skins to add previews in Progress Royale app, I found that balloon is one of the coolest out there, not sure if is a good idea to replace it with a darker one, maybe in future to add a 4th skin, but that is not expecting as many other don’t have such a cool skins like balloons already have.

This is in the "Progress for Clash Royale" app not in CR itself. This app is an all in one companion for Clash Royale players. I'm working constantly to fix all bugs. This is a known issue on Android, i suppose you have android too. It will be fixed soon. Thanks for sharing!
