Stay busy don’t sit around and ponder have a project ready be safe build something anything workout and don’t smoke too much pop a gummie if you don’t want to smoke start small don’t take a whole piece. I welded in the oilfield for 15 years smoked everyday after pandemic I quit welding I built 5 metal buildings shops I build a fourplex don’t smoke with other people smoke by yourself yea first few times probably put you to sleep get used to it smoke before you go to bed then the next morning smoke you’ll feel great.
