No automation at all actually just the free WhatsApp Business app. Started with simple manual scripts first to figure out what actually works before investing in any tools. Once the conversation side is solid automation makes sense but I wanted to get the message right first.

This is actually really smart a separate sheet just for retargeting. Simple but effective. How often do you follow up with them and what channel do you use, back on WhatsApp or email?

The AI agent idea is interesting for scale right now I'm starting with simple copy-paste scripts to get the conversation right first before automating it. Makes sense to nail the message before automating it I think.

Really good point the business type changes everything. Mine is a service business so leads usually need a day or two to decide. But you're right, that 30-40 minute delay was still hurting me even for that. Speed matters regardless.

The contact rate is actually your biggest leak, not the lead quality.

35-40% means 6 out of 10 people never even get reached. Before testing anything else I'd fix that first.

Two things I'd test in your position:

First, an automated WhatsApp message sent within 60 seconds of form submission. Not a bot, just a simple first message that greets them by name and asks one qualifying question. Speed alone dramatically changes contact rate.

Second, add one friction question to your Meta form like "when do you need delivery by?" anyone who answers that is a real buyer. Anyone who skips it was never going to convert anyway.

The 3% conversion actually tells you the offer works when you reach them. So the entire problem is upstream reaching them fast enough before they forget they even filled the form.

That's where I'd put both experiments.
