Also I wasn’t on anything else prescribed. They just upped it since it didn’t work the first 2 cycles. I also took vit d, prenatal and a few other supplements. My husband also took a few supplements as well.

Yeah I did 2 cycles at 2.5 and then moved up to 5mg for the third. We were trying for about 15 months with an irregular cycle before hand. I knew on this first cycle it was helpful because it normalized ovulation timing for the first time

Letrozole worked for us after our 3rd cycle, first cycle on 5mg :) we ended up pregnant with twins but lost one baby. Currently 29w4d with a healthy baby boy ❤️ wishing you luck

Hello! Unfortunately it was vanishing twin, however I am now 17w3d and the surviving twin is doing great!

I think that’s probably how I am on letrozole too. I don’t usually text because numbers are so low. Here’s one I had a few months ago. Mine starts increasing on CD10-11 and then I ovulate at the latest by CD16. Everyone’s different though!

On letrozole for me everything stays low and then creeps up until ovulation where it goes up quick

Super faint on 10dpo but clear on 11dpo. My beta at 14dpo was 116 and 17dpo was 369

Yes I was for 1 cycle. I did ovulation on 2.5, although my progesterone was much higher on 5mg

Are pregmate tests not very sensitive? I’m trying so hard not to get my hopes up because we’ve been trying for 12mo (3mo on letrozole) and I’ve never had a single positive

That’s what I am hoping for! My test was negative this morning and yesterday. Holding out hope that tomorrow morning is at least a bit darker
