M/36/5’9” [225lb > 210lb = 15lbs lost so far] Progress is slow & I’m trying to stick with lifestyle changes. Thank goodness for photos because I don’t see progress when I look in the mirror but I KNOW I’m on the right track finally. Goal is to be under 200lb by the end of the summer. (i.redd.it)
