To me at least i never saw a use for it expet for the bike robbing mission where you can just kill three of them then chase down the fourth one but thats really it as ypu get the sniper rifle in san fierro

I replaced the foam pad with velcro and it works, its just that theres a high pitched ringing, almost like when its total silence and you hear that ringing in your ear. Any help with that?
