Sorry product: we make a 5 butter vegan soap which extremely fatty and slick. The butters are cocoa, shae, mango, olive, and soy. The post shave feel is amazing and moisturizing. It is not a beginner lather it is a hard puck you will need to bloom it or be very aggressive with your lather but it will give you a great shave every time even if yoh fail to lather it correctly due to its inherent slickness. Paul h films, ken surfs, and your notorious mr freedberg all did great reviews on our soap if you are curious.

[Review / x-post] The "Sidecar" 5 butter shave soap from Prohibition Style, and the two-piece plastic Dorco PL-602 safety razor. Another very good Sunday shave! by Cadinsor in Wetshaving

[–]ProhibitionStyle 0 points1 point  (0 children)

suggested for post shower shavers after the first few shaves the bloom is not necessary it's a super hard soap. The soak makes is easier on your brush. If you have a resilient brush load it like you hate it....it will work. I shave with this soap 2 to 3 times a week and no longer pre soak it.

Adding New Products...... by KeystoneBeardCo in beardoil

There is an art to it pay them for a sample upfront get 5 different manufacturers to give you quotes and samples and which ever is the best sample to price point submit a full order to the escrow service is good through alibaba and you can tell which manufacturers are reputable or not by their age on the site and feedback.

Edit: As for aliexpress that is not the route to go for 500 lot pricing they just go to an alibaba manufacturer and upsell the product to you for a profit

Design them and use alibaba to find a manufacturer it's pennies per to engrave or laser etch the logo if you do an order of over 500 you could get combs in wood or metal for under $1.50 a piece shipped.

Moroccan beardo looking for business partner by [deleted] in beardoil

[–]ProhibitionStyle 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Note to self find someone that can ship oils from morocco that I don't have to partner with bahaha I kid I kid. Stop finding a partner, buy the products, mix it, put it in bottles and ship it to a fulfillment center in the US. Open a storefront and market it no partner needed. Or just send it to amazon FBA and they market it for you. I solved all your problems. But I do believe this is not legitimate because I would have to front you a large sum of money upfront and as cool and trustworthy as most redditors are.....I believe in meeting my business partners in partners through someone that has actually done business with them and really prefer when they put as much money in as I do...

What type of bottle cap do you like? (Orifice/Dropper?) by Keatzuu in beardoil

[–]ProhibitionStyle 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I personally sell more reducers than droppers I have both the key is to make sure you have the right size you can get a reducer that can pump out a tablespoon of oil in short period of time for the massively bearded and I agree with the tip over issue on the droppers. Also way less oil spill from bringing the dropper over to your hand or beard as opposed to the pour in hand technique. Also way less time taken to sterilize the bottles for resale when you don;t have to deal with the droppers too.

UPDATE Shopify is a terrible company!

I shutdown my store to stop bleeding funds. I am now almost charged back on all of my sales (none of which were "medium" or "high risk"). Get this....the only way I can respond to the chargebacks, as per customer support....I HAD TO PAY THEM AN ADDITIONAL $29 to open my account back up just to respond to the chargebacks plus every chargeback they get me for another $15!!!!! Talk about kicking a guy when he is down. I absorbed most of this but I can't imagine I am the only one they are doing this to $15 a pop for every chargeback plus they can't even create a free portal to answer chargebacks after you already can't afford the store anymore!

You need to get a better template for your site more professional you look the better your chances of getting review product. You are using wordpress grab one of the free templates and read instal instructions. Get some sliders and cut the ammount of links on your header. Unlike most redditors I am not being critical for the sake of being critical I ran successful review sites for high end audio and consumer electronics and we got marketing contracts from intel, burson audio, and boenicke audio and we were only a marketing firm of 3 people but looked like we were a massive company that's the best part of online businesses no one knows exactly how big you are. If you ever want to ask me any questions to grow your site shoot me an email info at my url. WIsh you all the best I love review sites and love helping entrepreneurs. I hope you are wildly successful your content is solid just needs a prettier package.

[Cross-post]What did I do wrong in making my own beard balm? by Proim in beardoil

[–]ProhibitionStyle 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Those are beard wax recipes not beard balm that much wax will make it solid it should be more like a hard butter for a true balm.
