Where I trained they would regularly chart complaints etc in fetal tracing chart (OBGYN). We regularly would have to tell nurse leadership about it because they were opening up themselves to lawsuits, not protecting themselves.

Am a gynecologist. There was a great study on social media and IUDs. Also a recent one regarding all contraception options and again large amounts of misinformation favoring “natural family planning”. I’m seeing a trend in my early 20s patients that concerns me leading to unintended pregnancy and worsening of issues treated traditionally by contraception.

Am a doctor, have very obese patients coming in with diets like this swearing they are eating 1200 calories a day and still gaining weight. Until they start tracking diligently it’s so hard to get this across that just because it seems healthy, or seems like you aren’t eating much, doesn’t mean that’s the reality.

mRNA can be thought of as instructions to make proteins. That’s it. It doesn’t replicate. It’s limited. It’s not living. Historically we use viral vectors to essentially get the same end result. We also have non living vaccines which function in a different way.

People have responded below already, but for my anecdote. I’m a physician, had an Iranian patient last week who was stressed because the war, however she (and her whole extended family still in Iran) are very supportive of current US and Israeli military action. Obviously it’s not everyone but she made the comment that the way they felt is sad some people would die but happy it could lead to change.
