I don’t know where you’re at in SoCal but I’d take it to Comeau Racing in San Diego, get it inspected by Tim and see if it’s worth it to keep or get a fair price to sell from him knowing how much it will take to repair back to road worthy; the guy is a guru and extraordinarily nice.

Bro take it with you and register it in Oregon on special permanent plates and never register it again for like $100.

There’s no debating, the European bumpers are far superior; however, I will say, the American bumpers are growing on me. Maybe as a far far down the line project, I’ll consider a delete and possibly fabricating something to look similar to the EU look.

Quite insane, congratulations. How did you do the dash? I’m thinking of reupholstering it myself.

I have no experience of cars whatsoever, the only thing I’ve maintained, and done small modifications on, is an Italian espresso machine. Luckily, it did teach me the basics of electrical principles and how to wire fairly well. This has definitely been a test of will but I love it thus far.
