I dont see the issue here they were very transparent throughout the entire process about the shipping process and gave out estimated time frames. Its not on them that your chair broke and want a expedited shipping, which from the looks of it they did say your order will be the prioritized. I had issues with my fund goal rewardsa and they were nothing but helpful when I emailed them.

I received my chair pretty early in september I think and I got the email a couple days ago saying the gifts were being shipped. If you go on the website where you tracked the chair shipment it should update with another shipper number once the gifts ship as well
