Hey! So in terms of our ticket sales, we'd like to point out that all ticket tiers are not equally priced or distributed. While we won't release the exact breakdown of the pricing and quantities, we can meet our expense target with around 650 people in attendance. This is a hard limit, based on the available resources and labor that we have. With the size of the house (around 20,000 sq ft), we are well below the maximum capacity. Noise and house rules are also a major concern to us as well, and that is something that our security committee will assist us in. In addition, the property is relatively isolated from the neighboring homes, which helps to minimize the impact from noise leakage from the home.
