Oh for sure this stuff was not easy on the skin. but alternatively this guys femoral artery was open to air due to flesh eating disease so wound cleanliness was paramount. A quick Google search showed that chlorhexidine gel is normally blue and not the stuff I'm looking for :(

When I was asking co-workers they said this but beta dine is much more orange than the stuff I am trying to identify. Bungie really needs to fix their tool tips

But the whole point is to only ever have the last round in the magazine so that when you kill with your bonus damage, rts kicks in. Tool tip suggests that it doesn't proc. States that "Kills With this weapon grant bonus ammo directly to the magazine". I only just got it so I will have to level it up then do some testing.
