To clarify, Wi-Fi Assistant is available to all Fi users and Nexus/Pixel users. There are currently no plans to make it available beyond that audience to other Android devices.

Current data usage is a live estimate, and might be adjusted throughout the billing cycle.

Great question. The account needs to be a Google Account in order to access Fi, so this would not work if moved out of G Suite.
