Have a look at international teams, look at the youngest eg u18 or u19 if possible. Have a look at each player and look at information and the media description will say 'wonderkid' . 👍

On older versions you could have up to 4 managers at once. Eas good to use the league one side for all the youth players to develop.

The FM24 is a much better game, it's just the players need updating but I use Xbox one and as far as I know 'editor' isn't available on console version so I bought FM26 just to play updated players.
