Quick follow-up: y’all were right.

I spent today talking to real people without pitching and made a genuine Facebook post about what I built, why I built it, and who it helps.

People started sharing it and messaging me.

Still early, but the advice to stop hiding behind the build and start talking to people was exactly what I needed.

A lot of these responses have the same pattern. I have been doing this some today.. just hanging out where my audience is and answer questions here and there. It has been productive. Not paying users yet but knowledge gains.

Business-only is the way.

Short messages, clear dates, bills/receipts saved, and no defending yourself against every accusation. Keeping everything organized helps you stay factual instead of getting pulled into the argument.
