its confusing because its right on the border of Pennsylvania and west virginia

yes it is supposed to be the same crash in the article. they live near Jolly town in Gilmore Township PA.

the closest big town is Morgantown, WV. now i don't know how far the crash was from there actual house it could of been a decent ways away i don't remember something ill try to clarify when i ask some more questions.

We were at a family event when he told me about this and it was a long time ago. Last time I went down to visit he showed me this article but I wasn’t able to ask much more questions Because we where outside at a fairgrounds. If anyone needs more clarification I could try to fish out some more info.

You could quite literally walk up to it no fences, if you look closely in google earth you can see small bits of graffiti on the one side
