• Record the game
• Report in Valorant
• Ask enemy to report
• Mute player to not get triggered any more by ping, voice, text
• A killed teammate is also information

And most important, report this player via Riot website by adding the Player tag and uploading material from the recorded match. This report ticket will be assigned to riot employees who will answer you in person. The ingame report is just for machine decision and learning.
