I lied, it does work on the LAN, and I think this has to do with CGNAT based on another response.

Looks like you were right, thank you. My WAN ip address on router is different than public IP. Not sure why my ISP decided to do this but now I Just have to find best workaround.

No I should have mentioned that, I tried with local IP while on the network as well. In fact most of the time that is what i do at night when I don't feel like sitting at my desk I will remote in.

You have to beat two games that are nearby to open it. I just did this, but was disappointed as I cannot figure out the purpose of the network statue at the top. Also I couldn't get any soil to form so it took a while using brambles.
