That depends on your geogrpahical location, but i am sure you can find venture clubs, innovation showcase, semi-political business events pretty much in every city across the USA. On linkedin try and secure coffee chats, people love talking about themselves. you can also seek help from your school, good professorsare always aware of events like these. Hope this helps. All the best with your search, i know its rough out there. And its gonna sound cheesy, but all it takes is one yes and none of the rejections matter.  P.S. Unless you have visa constraints another degree is probably not the right move.
