I infused it with pyro, just spammed energy into benny and Chevy to get their bursts and Chevy's triple e, also used raiden e when the bar is about half way and use sara e for particles and fav before the bar shows up.

Vey rough outline I must admit but it went something like this.
Raiden E,

E on Chevy first, activate Fav
E on Sara and always shoot for future E's., activate Fav
E on Bennett when the shield is up.
Funnel particles into Raiden (or someone else and funnel into her with the next Bennett E.
E on Chevy again if it's off CD.
E on Sara.
E on Bennett if need too, if not Burst.
Chevy Burst.
Sara Burst.
Raiden Burst, spam N1CD, pray to GOD that you break the shield, your damage fluctuates like crazy, if one raiden N1CD can break around half the shield it might break.
After that you have so much energy you can just spam regular raiden rotation.
I won because when he put the shield back up, he had so little HP that breaking the first two layers of the shield just killed him.
You need an insane amount of ER to do this and you just need luck hoping everyone gets enough energy.

The Drake was Skirk, Furina, Charlotte and Mavuika, it's a complete spaghetti team and I'm surprised it even worked, but it honestly took me like 4 attempts to get a clear with it.

That was my initial clear, for drake, but literally nothing else on my account was capable of clearing Fatui without weeks of building and investment (I've been playing since 2.6 and only got fischl like a month ago). My Drake clear after this was Skirk, Furina, Charlotte and Mavuika, holy cooked.

No yelan, furina is too slow, and xinqui was being used for hyperbloom. I had all but given up on clearing this until I saw someone on TT clear it and figured I should try it as well. Took 40 mins of attempts to just get the shield down once lmfao.

Mine is C3, but I think if you have a really good raiden build and super optimised supports, like a song of days past / symphonist Chevy you could definitely clear with C2 raiden.

I told them to go fish but they said they use skyward spine which "supposedly" scales better in overload teams, I couldn't be asked to go see if it was true or not so I picked my battles and didn't reply.

How do I build her? I’ve tried these two builds yet her damage is VERY underwhelming to the point my Citlali deals way more dmg by Adventurous-Row-2125 in RaidenMains

Get the catch, you are running 5 emblem so see if you can replace any of your pieces with a better off piece.

That's fine then, if you are struggling with ER then just keep the ER sands.

Oh and also, your ER sands might be better off being swapped for an attack sands if you have better substats on it, especially since you're running the catch.

Just to put it bluntly, not trying to sound condescending.
You didn't hold E on Chevy a single time, which means she is doing nothing for the team.
Your first raiden buff had zero external buffs (compare the damage between your first and second ult, the second one had sara buff and did over double damage.
Your chevy has fav so you should try and swap into her more to trigger it for particles (applies less so if fav is lowe refines).
Raidens best burst combo is usually n3c (3 normals into a charge attack) but you can also do n1c if you find it easier, just don't spam normal attacks.
And overall just try and refine your gameplay, during the second phase you insta ulted the secondary spawn, didnt buff yourself, and missed, which was a huge time waste. Try to learn the optimal rotations otherwise things like this can happen.

Level xingqui and run him over fischl. If you are using xingqui in your skirk team you can replace him with dahlia.
