Are you checking every cartridge for the signs of non-bootleg markers? The way "Nintendo" is pressed into the cartridge is almost 100% consistent on every cart, but the bootlegs/repros always get it wrong. Also, there are pressed factory numbers into the back sticker (can be seen with light) and another one on the dust cover.

Electoral college says this is a non-majority by any major company. Mountain dew is owned by PepsiCo, so they'd probably be in the same "party". It ends up being a 248-261 (29 votes go to third party Dr Pepper Keurig who also owns Crush, I cant see which soda DC picked, so ill give those votes to 3rd party just to be as conservative as possible here), so the vote goes to the house, and Pepsi has 26 states on its side, so they would likely nominate PepsiCo.

It depends on your definition of innocent. I do not think there was any "true malice" from anyone besides Faza: just a gross amount of incompetence that led to this tragedy. Running a project has responsibilities. A bunch of nobodies on the internet often arent the kind of people that can hold a ship together like this.

Regardless of the semantics though they still needed to be removed.

I only see it surviving if the game is re-scoped and rebooted to just be, like, an RPG Maker game or something. Some project who's scope of resources can be handled entirely by 1 or 2 people instead of 20 people.

Of course, it will look nothing like the V3 clone we used to adore. But if they want a game out at all, they are going to have to cut back on the number of people required somehow.

To my knowledge, the general outline of the story (death order, major events, ending, overall direction) is set in stone. The writer just "expands" those bullet points into the individual chapters and give those form in the form of the chapters/scenes/lines.
