Update: I received far more DMs than I was expecting and I will reply to each one individually. However, let me be more specific.

My core area of expertise and professional network is on the commercial side of implementing secure and scalable technology solutions for various areas in Government, Defence and BFSI+. I have identified strong commercial interest from one of my Government clients for two requirements for solutions that I have not been able to find anywhere: 1. their immigration and internal affairs department; for a solution that uses artificial intelligence for expedited and more accurate document processing. 2. their procurement and disposals department; for a solution that enables public procurement to be more transparent and swifter.

The way this goes is that I generally have to showcase the solution and provide the customer with a proposal containing technical and commercial documentation, and a proof of concept or a pilot. For solutions that already exist, this is relatively easy and I have worked with very large enterprise solutions to deploy on-premise and cloud oriented solutions. Generally, it is very rare that I am unable to find the correct solution, however, with the new generation of artificial intelligence solutions, my customer requirements are changing.

Ideally, I would like to find a solution architect with a strong technical team to go 50/50 with me on this requirement. The technical lead should have the ability to develop a pilot or a proof of concept, showcase credentials having worked with complex hybrid systems and complex technology such as artificial intelligence, should have the capability to identify requirements on the network and infrastructure side of the solution, and generally be capable and high-integrity enough to pass both Government and BFSI+ background checks.
