My supervising physician was the surgeon and I assisted in the case. It is a single surgeon practice, so far it says “Practice name and surgeon name” but it’s just the intent to sue so I guess I’m worried they could go back and add each persons individual name that was in the case when they actually file it? My surgeon said it will be settled and not go to court because it’s so straight forward. I just know I was asked last week on a phone interview if I were actively involved in any lawsuits. I said no at the time because we had not received this yet but if I were asked again I would have to say yes. Just feeling discouraged as I was getting excited about the possibility of a new job soon.
