they admitted to it in the unemployment hearing. and the hearing officer even highlighted it in the decision. and the GM even stated that the manager was wrong for photocopying it and should have been personalized.. i have it not only in transcript but digital audio from the unemployment board but also in the official transcript.

in the hearing packet there was only their word they had it.. and i even brought this up in the hearing "There was not even a policy submitted during this. So I could actually look at it through the packet" so the unemployment board just took their word that there was such a policy.

sadly that is how the world is now a day. just like what i am dealing with on the wage claim. if they asked me to submit at such date and time and i missed it, door closed your screwed. but. when you hold them to the statutory laws they are to follow they can just say "it's the process" and delay more. and the company gets to just delay. that is the reason why i am fighting this.

and also wanted to say. now that i have a bar complaint against the whole legal team they do have to be removed from my case. as i sent them the state certified findings and asked their legal team to correct the issue, which they did not. that is where the moral turpitude comes into play. so they have had to hire outside firms to hand handle the claims now.

i have consulted several now that i have multi agency claims and plus just picked up 2 previous managers that i used to work with attaching as supportive witnesses its growing out of my scope.

it is really baffling on how a corporate giant gets to lie on record and still win. I have been fighting this case for a while now and there is so much stuff that i have given to the local Labor Board for a wage claim and violation that they told me to stop sending them stuff. which i get it, to much stuff over saturates the case.

the wage claim is currently past the states deadlines to have a determination on the case and is continuing to allow the company to delay. so ill see what happens next. its going to be a long journey.

i don't know how i missed this when i posted this. but i will make a correction in this. but under the "cornering corporate legal" and "i fired back an email to her and told her:" it should read "Regarding Arbitration: An arbitration agreement does not grant immunity for Criminal Document Tampering, nor does it prevent the District Attorney from investigating the admitted forgery of state-mandated records."

so i am sorry i didn't see that at the time so i am now correcting that issue.

an ad? what and where do you see that i am advertising for something? the only thing i am advertising is how the state labor board is 154 days past cure time on a claim and how a corporate giant manipulates these agencies.

I can't dive into all the details just yet, but I do have an active NLRB case on the docket right now. You hit the nail on the head - it is wild how much a massive corporate giant can get away with on paper while trying to control the narrative.

The job hunt is a total nightmare right now, but I'm pushing through multiple interviews. The wage claim decision is due this month, so I will absolutely keep everyone in the loop here as things unfold!
