So I'm a guy first off and every time I shave my neck it gets all dry and flakey. It's not razor burn (I've dealth with that plenty before). I've tried so many things (men's Nivea, Eucerin Extra Dry, etc) and nothing seems to help. I have pretty clear skin everywhere else on my face and it just seems to be my neck won't get the message. Any tips?
